📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate leads.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales and marketing strategies are effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
