📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing and coordinating fleet operations to ensure efficient and safe vehicle usage.
• Monitoring vehicle maintenance schedules and ensuring timely repairs and servicing.
• Tracking fuel consumption and managing fuel expenses.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Providing support to the Fleet Coordinator in managing driver schedules and performance.
• Maintaining accurate records of all fleet activities.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.
• Providing regular reports on fleet performance and any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
