You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing financial analysis and advice to support the company's strategic goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the company's financial records and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment, and collections.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to support the company's strategic goals and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to the relevant authorities.
  • Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Provide training and support to junior accountants and other staff members as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
