In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations.,Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services or manufacturing company.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and local accounting standards.,Proficient in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
