📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring vehicles are serviced regularly.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring that goods are transported safely and efficiently.,Monitor the performance of the fleet, including fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle condition, to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet management.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and submit regular reports to management.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and safely.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
