📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and plans.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks.,Optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.,Collaborate with suppliers to maintain a smooth supply chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or a similar role in manufacturing or logistics.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.,Proficient in using production planning software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
