📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and credit control.,Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any financial disputes.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the financial health of the company.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of financial management are maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and credit control.,Strong knowledge of financial software and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven ability to meet financial targets and improve cash flow.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
