📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the credit and collections process to ensure timely and accurate payment collection from clients and partners.,Analyze credit and collections data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to improve credit and collections performance, including negotiation and resolution of disputes.,Monitor and report on credit and collections metrics, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the credit and collections process.,Provide training and support to junior staff to ensure the effective implementation of credit and collections policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit and collections management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and collections analysis, with a proven track record of success.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and regulatory environment is a plus.
