📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Estimate and schedule rebar requirements for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure rebar is delivered on time and within budget.,Monitor rebar inventory and usage, and recommend procurement strategies to optimize costs.,Prepare detailed reports on rebar usage, project progress, and any potential delays or issues.,Conduct site visits to assess rebar needs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in rebar estimation and scheduling.,Mentor and train junior estimators and schedulers in the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in rebar estimation and scheduling in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, particularly rebar, and their applications.,Proficiency in using estimation and scheduling software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
