📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and train a team of beauty therapists and sales associates.,Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Promote and upsell products to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty industry.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of beauty products, especially hair and scalp care.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Certification in beauty therapy or related field is a plus.
