Hotel Dewi Gadget is seeking a dedicated and outgoing Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so we need someone who is ready to start right away. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our hotel services and facilities to potential guests. Your excellent communication skills and enthusiasm will be key to your success in this position.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering incoming calls and providing information about our hotel services and facilities.,Promoting special offers, packages, and events to potential guests.,Maintaining accurate records of customer inquiries and reservations.,Following up with leads to ensure they receive the information they need.,Assisting in the booking process for guests.,Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the marketing department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with using computer and telephone systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
