📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily airport operations including passenger handling, baggage management, and aircraft ground services
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth airport operations
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Manage and optimize airport resources to improve operational efficiency and passenger experience
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Provide operational support during peak periods and special events to ensure uninterrupted airport services
• Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to enhance airport performance
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in airport operations, preferably in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of airport operations, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in using airport management software such as AMS, OPS, and other relevant tools
• Certification in airport operations or a related field is a plus
