📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries, cakes, and desserts.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Prepare and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head Pastry Chef.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Diploma or equivalent in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
