📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries,Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain proper records,Handle cash and card payments securely and efficiently,Manage the cash drawer and ensure proper reconciliation,Uphold company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using cash register systems,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and remote)
