• Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities in Bali's real estate sector
• Evaluate the financial viability and potential returns of proposed real estate investments
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on investment opportunities, including market trends, financial projections, and risk assessments
• Collaborate with our team of experts to develop and implement investment strategies
• Monitor the performance of investments and provide regular updates to clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Bali's real estate market, including local regulations, trends, and opportunities
• Proficient in using industry-standard tools and software, including Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and Google Sheets
