📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of daily operations.,Support the operations team in maintaining and improving operational efficiency.,Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).,Provide administrative support to the operations team.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
