📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of assigned retail outlets, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and supervise sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Identify and address customer complaints and issues promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations.
