The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team of IT support staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Manage and coordinate the work of IT support staff.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Ensure the security and compliance of IT systems.,Provide training and guidance to IT support staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to manage and coordinate a team of IT support staff.,Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.,Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
