📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design relevant programs
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using various methods, including workshops, e-learning, and mentorship
• Evaluate the impact of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives
• Monitor and report on training program effectiveness and ROI
• Provide guidance and support to Learning Partners to ensure high-quality training delivery

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on the fashion or retail industry
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
