📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and provide regular reports on recruitment activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Provide feedback and coaching to internal teams on recruitment best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
