Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping and security teams, ensuring that all areas of the mall are clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Develop and implement housekeeping and security schedules to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the mall, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Conduct regular inspections of the mall to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Manage and train housekeeping and security staff, ensuring that they are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as mall policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the mall runs smoothly and efficiently.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of housekeeping and security operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-traffic mall or shopping center.,Strong knowledge of housekeeping and security operations, including best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as mall policies and procedures.,Ability to work long hours and be on call as needed.
