📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the pastry team to ensure high-quality standards and efficient operations.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement of pastry ingredients.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pastries in the overall dining experience.,Conduct regular quality checks and taste tests to maintain consistency and excellence.,Train and develop new team members to build a strong and skilled pastry team.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
