ByteDance is seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our edge services and traffic infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure for edge services and traffic infrastructure.,Monitor and maintain the health and performance of our systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and availability of our services.,Implement and enforce best practices for security, reliability, and scalability.,Participate in on-call rotations to ensure quick response and resolution of production issues.,Continuously improve our infrastructure and processes to meet the evolving needs of our business.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).,Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, etc.).,Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).,Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.,Experience with edge computing and traffic infrastructure is a plus.
