Tanggung Jawab:

• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu and dietary requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Ensure all meals are prepared and served according to health and safety standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure all ingredients are stocked and used efficiently.
• Work with the healthcare team to ensure meals are provided in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in training and supervising kitchen staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen management role.
