📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of all ages and abilities.
  • Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual students.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to help students improve.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to ask questions and participate in class.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a high standard of education is maintained.
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in education.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
  • Perform other duties as required.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about education and committed to helping students achieve their full potential.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid teaching license or certification is required.
