📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop training plans.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to meet training objectives and deadlines.
