📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the right beauty products to meet their specific needs.
• Demonstrate our premium cosmetics and skincare products to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Stock and organize products to keep the store well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Promote our brand and special offers to attract and retain customers.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking products as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably in retail or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, including makeup, skincare, and haircare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
• Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a diploma in beauty or cosmetology preferred.
