📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and customer behavior analysis.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply chain strategies and improve overall efficiency.
• Utilize advanced forecasting tools such as SAP, Tableau, and Excel to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on demand planning and inventory performance.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in demand planning and supply chain optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record of successful demand forecasting and inventory optimization projects.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and SAP.
• Certifications in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
