As the Front Desk Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. You will work closely with our team to manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as handle guest inquiries and complaints. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise the front desk team to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle all guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our in-house reservation system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Train and develop front desk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor front desk operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
