📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for knit materials and other essential supplies.
• Managing the procurement process, including ordering, receiving, and storing materials.
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure that materials are available when needed.
• Working with the quality control team to inspect materials and ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting material needs to prevent shortages.
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
• Analyzing procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support the company's growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising or procurement, preferably in the textile industry.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
