Daily, you will manage and optimize farm operations, ensuring that all aspects of poultry production run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the layer farm, ensuring high standards of animal welfare and productivity.
• Implement and monitor feeding programs using advanced nutrition management software.
• Develop and execute disease prevention and control strategies, in collaboration with our veterinary team.
• Optimize breeding programs to improve egg production and quality.
• Manage and mentor a team of farm managers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in poultry farming.
• Conduct regular farm inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of farm operations with processing and distribution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in poultry farming, preferably in a layer farm setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing poultry operations.
• Certification in poultry management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with advanced poultry management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
