📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports using Excel and QuickBooks.
• Support the HR team in managing employee records and payroll processing.
• Conduct research on financial trends and HR best practices to support the team's strategic initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on financial and HR-related topics.
• Help organize and participate in company events and training sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the finance and HR departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
