📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-line IT support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment and systems.
- Document and maintain detailed records of all IT-related activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve IT processes.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide proactive support.
- Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 coverage of IT infrastructure.
- Train and mentor junior staff on IT best practices and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT technical support or a similar role.
- Proven experience with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- IT certification such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator is a plus.
