📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic talent management initiatives to enhance civil service capabilities
• Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with government regulations and best practices
• Design and deliver comprehensive training and development programs for civil servants
• Establish performance management systems to drive continuous improvement and accountability
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align talent initiatives with the government's strategic objectives
• Monitor and evaluate talent management programs, providing data-driven insights for decision-making
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the civil service
• Represent the government at regional and national forums on talent management and public sector reform

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in talent management, preferably in the public sector
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management strategies
• Strong understanding of government regulations and policies related to civil service
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
• Proficiency in using talent management software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar
• Certification in HR or talent management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required
