📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and develop operational teams, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
• Implement and maintain K3 and ISO 9001:2015 standards to ensure safety and quality.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in K3 and ISO 9001:2015 standards is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of operational software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a must.
