As an Enterprise Security Strategist in Bangka Belitung, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise-wide security strategies. In this role, you will work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and senior management to develop comprehensive security frameworks. You will leverage your expertise in security tools such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems to monitor and mitigate security risks. Daily, you will analyze security trends, conduct risk assessments, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance our clients' security posture.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement enterprise-wide security strategies to protect critical infrastructure.
• Oversee the deployment and management of security tools such as SIEM systems, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and threats.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integration of security measures into existing systems and processes.
• Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.
• Monitor security incidents and respond to breaches in accordance with incident response plans.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to proactively address emerging threats.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise security, with a focus on critical infrastructure protection.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
• Proven experience with security tools and technologies including SIEM systems, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
